Ali Esnaashari

Ali is an immigration lawyer (Barrister and Solicitor), and the founder of Esna Law Professional Corporation (“Esna Law PC”). He was called to the Ontario bar in June 2016 and has exclusively practiced as an immigration litigation lawyer. Before establishing Esna Law PC, Ali worked at one of Canada’s leading immigration law firms, where he represented clients in a wide range of complex immigration applications and litigation matters.

Beyond his role at Esna Law PC, Ali is a dedicated contributor to the immigration and legal community. He serves on the Board of Directors at Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals, contributes as an editor to the Toronto Law Journal, and regularly speaks at immigration law workshops, conferences, and legal education sessions. Ali also previously served as a part-time instructor at Humber College’s Faculty of Business”
