Heidi Farjadpour has graduated with honours from the Humber College Immigration Consultant Program. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
She has immigrated to Canada in 1987. After more than 20 years of work experience as part of management team in the Retail Corporate business, she has decided to move to immigration field to facilitate the path of bringing the much needed international skills and talents to Canada.
She has been providing immigration consulting services since 2010. Her extensive knowledge in areas of Federal Skilled Worker Program, Provincial Nominee Program, Canadian Experience Class, Spousal Sponsorship and many other areas has provided favorable results for her clients.
She has joined IMLIN Team at the start-up stage as the head of Research Department. Her experience as Planning Manager and Immigration consultant has provided her with tools needed to perform her research in providing the best educational materials to IMLIN members.
Jennifer Luu
Jennifer Luu is an Immigration Litigation Lawyer at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP. Her practice is mainly focused on admissibility, and conducting hearings at the IRB as well as the Federal Court. She also prepares written applications, including temporary resident permits, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and pre-removal risk assessment applications. In addition to practicing law, she is also a part-time instructor at the University of British Columbia. She teaches the H&C/admissibility module as well as the refugee module for their Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures program. The program is aimed at individuals who are interested in becoming an RCIC and starting/operating a professional immigration consulting business. As an instructor, she prepares and ensures the student has gained a practical, theoretical, and ethical understanding of immigration laws in Canada prior to writing the RCIC EPE.

Steven is a Criminal Lawyer and Canadian Immigration Lawyer with a law practice in downtown Toronto,
Steven graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1988.

Tyna A. Vayalilkollattu
Tyna obtained her degree in International Law from Kingston University London, UK and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Colombia.
Tyna practices in all areas of Canadian Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Law with a focus on Appeals, Judicial Reviews, Removals, and Deportation. She has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada for immigration and citizenship matters.
Tyna is responsible for the oversight and management of the Firm with a goal to provide clients with essential legal services with a cost-effective and client-focused approach.
In addition to her practice, Tyna provides pro-bono legal services. Tyna is also a Board Member at the New Canadian’s Centre in Peterborough, Ontario.
In her free time, Tyna enjoys road trips, camping and spending time with her Beagles who have inspired her to become active in animal protection and advocacy.
