Introduction:

The Start-Up Visa Program is a Canadian immigration pathway that targets innovative entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada. To qualify, applicants must have a qualifying business, get a letter of support from a designated organization, meet language requirements, and bring enough money to settle. Successful applicants and their families receive permanent resident status, allowing them to live, work, and study in Canada. The program aims to attract entrepreneurs who can create jobs for Canadians and compete globally, while also benefiting from Canada’s strong economy and inclusive society.
