Introduction:

CICC Code & Client Management Essentials: Handling Difficult Clients focuses on the essential skills immigration consultants need to effectively manage challenging client behaviour while maintaining full compliance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct. This subject explores how to recognize and respond to difficult or emotional clients, identify and decline risky instructions, and set clear expectations that prevent misunderstandings and complaints. It emphasizes structured communication, strong documentation practices, and firm professional boundaries—key elements that protect both the integrity of the RCIC’s work and the stability of their practice.
