Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot

As of June 18, 2019, the individual may be able to apply for permanent residence through the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot if:

  • meets the eligibility requirements, and
  • have a job offer to work in one of these occupations

Through these pilots, the applicant will get an open work permit to come to Canada and work temporarily

Shamim Heravi is a Licensed Paralegal and has been practicing since 2012. Her expertise is in the areas of Small Claims litigation, and IRB matters. She recently completed her studies in the Immigration Consultant program and is waiting to be licensed. Her love of public speaking led her to teach which she enjoys tremendously. She combines her legal experience with her teaching. She is currently an instructor of immigration courses at CDI College. Her philosophy in her practice is to treat everyone with honesty and candor and always put ethics above all.
